About the Managing Director


Richard Wessen, the Managing Director of Vision2Solution has been in the Consulting Industry for 17 years  having worked in a variety of positions including Senior Management and Subject Matter Expertise.


Prior to founding Vision2Solution, Richard was the Asia Pacific Senior Director of Consulting and Education for Interwoven based in Tokyo Japan.


Richard is highly experienced in Asian Business Practice having lived and worked in Asia since 1997.
